Know the shipping status 17TRACK pushes to ShopifyFunction settings
Find Shopify shipping status settings in the App settings page.
When this feature is enabled, shipping status updates synced to the App will also be pushed to Shopify order information.
These status updates will be used to trigger Shopify emails and other App functions.

The order has not been shipped.
Please check whether you have uploaded tracking numbers in the Shopify. 17TRACK only synchronizes orders shipped within the past 7 days (with uploaded tracking numbers) for automatic tracking.

Your Shopify store hasn't been connected to 17TRACK.
