Order is shipped in several packages, how do I track them all?



17TRACK syncs the logistics information based on Shopify's original order data. If multiple packages are associated under one order, the followings are two options to track.

Tracking prerequisite: Upload the tracking number for the orders in Shopify, while at the same time, the package should have related logistics information. (Shows "Not Found" if there is no logistics information)

1.【Ship the orders one by one】Split the order into several packages, each package corresponds to an order in Shopify, 17TRACK will track by the tracking numbers on the Shopify order page.

2.【One order corresponds to multiple tracking numbers】 All packages are associated under one Shopify order, you need to upload these tracking numbers in Shopify before tracking.
