Keeping your customers informed of the status of their orders can help increase user satisfaction and sales.

Sending Rule: When shipment status changes, an email notification will be triggered automatically.
Tips: For orders under In Transit status, sub-status includes package collected, arrival at the port, and departure from the port will also trigger emails, up to 4 in total.

Enable/disable email notifications


Notifications > Notify to customer
Enable email notifications as you need



View the history of sent emails

Notifications > History
Search for shipment status or email delivery status by email address or tracking number to see if there are orders with failed notifications to avoid missing out on notifying your customers of the latest shipment status.



Send a notification to yourself

Notifications > Notify to yourself
Notify yourself that exception orders can be handled promptly to ensure normal shipping and to improve customer satisfaction.
