Why can't I find my order on the 17TRACK?
There may be the following reasons:
The order has not been shipped.
Please check whether you have uploaded tracking numbers in the Shopify. 17TRACK only synchronizes orders shipped within the past 7 days (with uploaded tracking numbers) for automatic tracking.

Shopify stores are not authorized to 17TRACK.
Please check the "connections" on the 17TRACK to see if your store is connected successfully.
