What if the Store name in the email notification is not updated?

The notifications sent by 17TRACK and Shopify have overlaps.



Shopify will notify your customers with package status of "Out for delivery" and "Delivered", which are also included in 17TRACK email notifications. We recommend that you keep only one of them to avoid duplicated emails being sent to your customers.

Turn off Shopify email notifications:


Go to Shopify admin page > Settings > Notifications > Shipping > Check the box to disable the notifications
