How do I send my customers to the tracking page through clickable tracking numbers? #Turn on the Redirection



1. What can the the "Redirection" feature do?



When the redirection feature is turned on, a click on the tracking numbers in the order status page will lead your customers to your branded tracking page.

Please aware: The redirection function will be enabled by default after installing 17TRACK. It will only be applied to the newly synchronized orders generated in your store after you install 17TRACK.
If you turn off this function, it will also be applied to the orders after it is enabled again. If you need to synchronize the historical orders before it is enabled, please click "Redirect Historical Orders". This will take effect on the historical orders within 30 days.






Following are the locations of the tracking numbers that support Redirection.

For merchants: The tracking number on the order details page inside the Shopify admin.



For buyers: The tracking number in the order status page after fulfilled.







There are multiple reasons for the situation, please contact us for more details.



There are several ways to do so:

Modify directly in the shipping information of the order




If you need to modify a large number of orders, You can turn off the redirect function and check to restore to the original Tracking URL (the carrier's official website or other APP's ).




If you are using the Dropshipping agent/ERP system, you can modify it through the platform settings.

The URL of the brand Tracking page will become invalid after you uninstall the 17TRACK app. If you need to uninstall the 17TRACK app in the future, we recommend that you turn off the redirection function one week in advance.
