How to set up on 17TRACK

Step 1: Obtain Trustpilot email

Login in Trustpilot Buiness
Set up Automatic Feedback Service(AFS)
Copy Trustpilot email

Step 2: Set up rules

Go to the 17TRACK APP, find and enter the integration module in the main navigation.
In the integration list under the reviews category, locate Trustpilot.
Click on the connect button, paste the Trustpilot email you just copied into the input box, set other rules as needed, and finally confirm and submit.

Step 3: Enable functionality

Special attention.

The email template.

When editing the email content, consider the timing triggered by the rules. Additionally, clearly introduce that this email is a reminder, and the actual review invitation email will be sent by Trustpilot.

Delay review invitation settings.

If you need to delay sending review invitation emails, it is recommended to set the delay time in 17TRACK and adjust the delay time in Trustpilot settings to 0 days.(Go to Trustpilot settings)
