About Omnisend

Omnisend is an ecommerce-tailored email & SMS marketing automation platform that helps build email lists through landing pages and popups, and create emails using tons of existing templates in a breeze. Make marketing relevant and drive more revenue by sending personalized messages to the right person, at the right time, using the right channel.

Step 1: Get the Omnisend API Key

Login to the Omnisend App.
Click on your avatar in the upper right corner and enter the Store settings.
Click CREATE API KEY in the upper right corner.
Check the permissions as shown below, name the API Key "17TRACK", copy the key and save it.

Step 2: Connect Omnisend to17TRACK

Go to 17TRACK APP and find Integrations.
Find Omnisend in the Automation category of the Integrations list.
Click Connect and paste the API Key you just copied into the input box and confirm.

Step 3: Creating Triggers with 17TRACK Package Status

Login to the Omnisend App.
Go to Automation in the upper navigation and click on New workflow in the upper right corner.
Select "17TRACK-shipment_status" as the trigger and set the trigger according to the formula. See below for the related shipment status.

Shipping Status

Status	Description
Info received: The package has been shipped and has been collected by the carriers.	Info received
In transit：The package is on the way to the destination.	In transit
Pick up：The package has arrived at the destination pickup point and is waiting to be picked up.	Pick up
Out for delivery：The package has reached its destination and the carrier is on its way to deliver the shipment.	Out for delivery
Undelivered: Deliveries may encounter problems such as wrong addresses and not being able to contact the recipient.	Undelivered
Delivered: The package has been successfully delivered to the addressee.	Delivered
Exception: The package might undergo unusual shipping conditions such as damage, return, loss, etc.	Alert
