How long does it take to update after synchronization? Why can't I see the tracking result for the newly synced orders?

We will conduct immediate tracking when the order is synced and will display the tracking results if the carrier has updated any.

If the carrier hasn't updated any tracking information at that moment, we will keep tracking every 6 hours.

The tracking process will last for 120 hours and it will stop when there is still no tracking information. You can restart the tracking for a new round of 120 hours of attempts.
