Why is my order not synchronized to Paypal?
First of all, make sure that the PayPal account is successfully connected in the 17TRACK. Please choose to connect the PayPal account used for receiving money in the Shopify store, otherwise it cannot be matched and the synchronization will fail.
Please note: only new orders can be automatically synchronized to PayPal. Previous orders can only be synced manually.Contact us for help if too many order are waiting to be synced.
How to manually sync orders:
Go to "Shipments" > filter out the orders that are not synchronized > click on the order to enter the details page > in the "Payment Information", click the sync button
