I can't drag and drop modules when editing email templates, what should I do?
When editing the 17TRACK email notification template in Google Chrome, some modules may not be dragged properly. This issue is caused by Chrome's security feature- ‘Site Isolation’, which disables certain browser features from different domains. We have 2 solutions for this issue.
1. Switch your browser
If you are a MAC user, we recommend you to use Safari browser to have a try.
2. In Google Chrome, disable the ‘site isolation’ setting.
Go to chrome://flags/#site-isolation-trial-opt-out and select ’Disabled' in the drop-down box on the right.
If you have tried the above two ways, but the problem is still not solved, please don't hesitate to reach out to our live chat support.
