What Should I Do If the Binded PayPal Account Needs to Be Changed?
If you have not changed the PayPal account yet
Please make sure all the orders are fulfilled and synced to the current PayPal account first, then it will not influence the afterward PayPal Binding.
If you already changed the PayPal account and there are still some unfulfilled orders
There are 2 ways to update the tracking information to previous PayPal account:
Solution 1: Please log into the previous PayPal account backend and update the tracking information manually.
Solution 2: If the delivery time for the rest unfulfilled orders is approached, you could integrate processing it:
Bind back to the previous PayPal account (after the rest orders are fulfilled successfully) >> Sync these orders to PayPal again >> Bind to the new PayPal account.
PS: Please don't change the PayPal account frequently and we suggest you process it during a time period when the order volume is not high.
