What is the Top-up pack?

Top-up pack refers to quota additionally purchased for shipment tracking when the allocated quotas have been consumed in your current plan. It allows users to track shipments beyond their allocated quotas.

Note: Top-up pack can not use during the custom plan , trial and free plans. if you update to a new cycle or switch to a new plan, the Top up pack quota will expire，The validity period of the Top-up pack quota is consistent with the current plan period.

How to utilize the Top-up pack?

When all allocated quotas are consumed, newly synchronized shipments won't be tracked, indicated by "Insufficient Quota" in the tracking details on the Shipment page.

Users are notified of untracked shipments and available Top up packat the top of the Shipment page.

Two methods to use Top-up pack:

When the customer's remaining balance is <= 10%, a banner for purchasing a Top up pack will appear on Shipments page. You can choose to upgrade or purchase a Top up pack (Clik " Go and buy).
The Billing page displays the purchase a Top up pack.

Charges for Top-up pack

The unit price of the top-up pack is depending on the current subscription plan.
For example:
If the current subscription annual plan is $86 with 2400 quota, then the purchase price of the top-up pack is $86/2400=$0.036.
If the current subscription monthly plan is $9 with 200 quota, the unit price is $9/200=$0.045.

Limits on Top-up pack

The available Top up pack quota is limited, calculated as follows:
1) The unit price is the unit price of the current subscription plan;
2) The total price of the purchase quota must be higher than $0.5 (Shopify's minimum acceptable amount);
3) The quota that can be purchased is the total quota of the higher quota plan - the total quota of the current subscription plan：
For example: the current subscription plan is $9, the quota is 200, the higher quota plan is $14, the quota is 300, and the Top up pack quota that can be purchased is 300-200 = 100;
If the customer purchases Top up pack quota multiple times and has purchased 10 quota, the Top up pack quota that can be purchased is 100-10=90;
