How to subscribe your Plan? How to change Plan?How do I pay for a plan?




You can upgrade/downgrade/cancel the current plan. Choose the subscription plan according to your business requirements. Wish you all the best and a prosperous business.

Note: "Upgrade" of a subscription plan will take effect immediately, but "Downgrade" and "Cancellation" will not take effect before the end of the current billing cycle. (Each billing cycle is 30 days).

Change the subscription plan:


Setting > Billing > Change plan.
Select the plan and click on "Confirm" to be redirected to your Shopify store payment page. After confirmation, you will be sent back to 17TRACK and start the subscription plan.


Cancel the subscription plan:


Setting > Billing > Cancel subscription.
After confirmation, it will be canceled.
